Meet Jean Claude — Designing Character and Mood Through Collaboration

In this tutorial, I design the characters Jean Claude and Marie and paint a whimsical, rainy scene from start to finish, incorporating ideas and feedback from the Patreon community.

I talk through my decisions as I work, explaining how I develop character appeal, establish mood, and use lighting and color to support both narrative and atmosphere.
